Way back in March 2008 I promised that I'd have G-Magz theme released to the public within months; however, I'll release it as soon as possible AFTER fixing this new GEnhanced-Magz. G-Magz 1.0 by Goenawan Lee Very neat Sandbox and Kubrick gray-white-pink magazine style theme, with reviews and recent entries newspaper box. Finally, I have updated the G-Magz theme from Beta to v1.0 (fixed version). I am glad to fix my first Wordpress theme based on the famous Sandbox. Many thanks to Gage Batubara for his XHTML/CSS tutorial at Own Cafe a few months ago. After a hard work, this theme was found to be valid CSS level 2.1 and XHTML 1.0 Transitional. Sekadar melangkahi tulisanku mengenai Borobudur kemarin itu. Hari ini akhirnya aku berhasil mem-fix theme ini agar bisa menampilkan bagian baru di halaman depan, dua buah kotak mengenai review. Ah, cuma trik kecil dengan bantuan plugin Advanced Category Excluder, di mana tulisanku dalam kategori anime dan manga tidak akan ditampilkan di halaman depan bagian LATEST ENTRY. Lari ke kotak RECENT REVIEWS. Sebenarnya kegunaan plugin ini adalah untuk tidak menampilkan tulisan-tulisan kategori tertentu pada beberapa bagian. Dan sedikit kucoba eksperimen untuk membuat theme ini semakin terasa seperti magazine. Untung kreatifitasku tidak disalahgunakan seperti Momon ya? ;)) read more »
