Let us begin with a short personal background. My name is Gunawan Rudy–a pseudonym of course. I was a kid born and raised in Borneo Island, Indonesia from 1990 to 2007. I love my hometown–generally where the heart is–a small but peaceful town Palangkaraya, Central Borneo. Now I’m living in Yogyakarta, tackling (previously) International Relations and now Psychological Science. Relatively new to being a freelance web-designer, but have started web-designing before that.
My hobbies involve blogging, backpacking, writing poems, reading books, photography, vectoring, and web designing. Don’t have talent, but talk too much about art. Things that I can’t do without at work include my laptop (obviously), Notepad++, Dji Sam Soe cigarettes, Guinness beer, and a listening to a distinguished list of music on my Last.fm station–particularly Virgiawan Listianto; Fals Forever! My time is dedicated to mostly building my projects, programming and designing, with my occasional tendency to overwork on a project.
Goen can be the epitome of stubbornness, refusing to get help from others if he could help it. Even though he tends to be helpful and supportive of others, he often neglects himself. A lot. It’s only given that he cares too much about his girlfriend, overly spending time, money and effort; especially in making her gain confidence. For some unknown reason she’s better in his eyes than her own.
Last, but certainly not least, I’m a brother, a son, a friend, and sometimes a writer.
